If your car speakers are 6.5, then they will fit.

Depends on the size of the speakers in your car... U can easily Google your car details and it will let you know. I did have to do some additional work hooking up my speakers into my car but it was worth it.

Nope. The holes in the car doors,dashboard, etc. are designed to fit the stock speakers. Your best bet is to check the product info on the new speakers (they sometimes have a list of cars that the speakers will fit into). Or, even better, remove the old speakers (which you will have to do anyway) and measure the openings and screw mounting positions. Don't forget to bring your tape measure to the store or test fit the new speakers before you drive off! Good luck.
