will this power 4 12in kickers null

What model they cover a lot of ground with their rms ratings if you talking someing like L7 or Cvx. No. Some of the more entry lever lower rms Rated equipment yes.

I was running Dual 12 inch comp R kickers In a single enclosure off a 600W amp so yes you could run 4 off of one of these, you are just going to get more out of your subs if you were to opt for 2 of these to power all 4. Also depends on your sub output.
