We have not encountered this problem. Ours is set to recirculate as we do not have outside venting. This is a fantastic microwave, you will not be disappointed!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.With external venting , you shouldn't have a problem. My unit doesn't vent out and I have observed excessive moisture when steaming in a large pot (pasta)
