• they have 1/4" bolts to support it and you have to drill holes in the cabinet above. I would make 100 percent tahe cabinet above is plenty strong and the bottom is fairly thick these 2 bolts basically hold the weight of the front

• Hi ROOSIE, yes, on this KitchenAid - 1.9 Cu. Ft. Convection Over-the-Range Microwave with Air Fry Mode there should be installation holes on the top of the model.
