“Specifications say it is 35 inches plus. So I’m assuming this can’t be used as an under cabinet fridge because the standard cabinet height is 34 1/2.”

Hi Rick, the Beverage Center can be installed under a cabinet if you lower the leveling legs to the minimum height. The cutout height requirements is 34 5/8".
