how does ice level sensor work? null

Hi Cliff, The sensor in the unit allows the unit for over producing ice. Once the ice maker has hit the sensor in the unit it will stop producing ice until the ice is no longer blocking the sensor. We hope this helps.

I have never had a problem with it . Plenty of ice!
