Do this unit leak water on bottom? null

We have had our refrigerator for 3 months. We had a problem with frost build up in on one side of the freezer a couple of times. We removed the frost. This could ultimately leak out of the bottom if not removed. We called for service, the technician said the it is important to close the freezer door at the CENTER OF THE HANDLE. If closed from the sides the freezer door may not be sealed on one side letting in air, creating frost which can leak.
