Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased my refrigerator about 2 months ago and it has been perfect as far as temperature. It should come factory preset but, if for some reason, the preset has been changed. The owners manual has a section that explains how to lower the temperature via the display on the front of the refrigerator. I tested it out and it was quite easy. Perhaps somehow your unit arrived and somebody had tampered with the factory preset temperature. I have no trouble at all getting very cool water out of mine. If you have trouble I would just call Best Buy and get a new unit. If it is brand new and it is not producing cool water and it isn't a temperature control issue the manufacturer should have a warranty and replace (or fix it) for you.
