QuestionHi I just got my fridge yesterday the booklet says temperature settings should be fridge 37 3 / freezer 0 -18 it doesn’t seem to hold those temps or allow setting them? Also where is the water filter? My old one kitchen AID had it in the upper right ?

QuestionMy space is (h. 71 1/8" x w. 36" x d. 24") so the 70 7/8" height would work. Can you tell me where the 71 7/8" hinge height comes into play from the rear of the unit, if it's outside of 24" I'm good to go with this.

- Answer I don't know but be careful. The hinge is 7 inches long. We had to hire a handyman to cut about 1/2 inch of our cupboard away to get the fridge to slide back.

- Answer We haven't received the Fridge yet...but by being a total tech member we are supposed to receive free install. no additional labor charges other than purchasing accessories like hoses and needed material. Don't know the answer to hauling old fridge

- Answer Hi, I'm not sure why the KA team said it doesn't come witj it, it's shown in the photos, video, and it's item #21 in the parts list under shelf parts. It should have come with your unit - provided we are talking about the small metal drawer on the left that slides under the shelf.
