“Our Kitchen Aid goes on for 4 hours for the Regular cycle. This can't be right? Should I be trying Pro Wash instead for a 2.5 hour cycle including drying time, or is something wrong? Thanks in advance :)”

Hello KathyA, average time cycles are located on page 8 of the Use and Care Guide. Each Cycle option can last between 2:30-3:30 minutes.
