“I’m not sure if I’m using the machine correctly, but I only pressed normal wash and pressed start. Did I need to press anything else? The cups came out wet! Help!”

Normal light and Pro Dry light should both show white light. ProWash lights Extended Pro Dry. The driest setting. If you open door before white light appears at right side near handle (red light is during dry cycle not done;blue light indicates wash cycle is in process. Dishwasher is quiet during dry cycle so you might think it is done. Check for White light on front of closed door near right side of handle. White light indicates dishes are clean and dry. Extended ProDry is all dry. ProDry saves heating costs and is shorter. If you open door dishes will air dry. Of course and cup shape dishes turned up will hold far too much water to dry. All water holding shapes need to be turned down.
