“In reading the reviews I see one answer to a question that says no heat dry and another that says yes to heat dry, which is correct? Also I am concerned about several questions regarding the "known defective pump". Appreciate you comment on each. Thank”

I don't think there is heat dry. This appears to be a major design flaw, dishes never come out dry.
