QuestionIs it possible to perform all the operations from the top panel while the door is open and then close the door to execute? We have accessibility issues on the buttons in our new construction that's wrapping up and would love to know before we close.

- Answer Yes. We set all of the cycle options while the door is open. Press Start and then close the door. A little blue light turns on almost immediately to indicate that it has begun. Very easy to operate.

QuestionJUST HAD INSTALLED TUESDAY, DOOR NOT CLOSING PROPERLY, IS IT ADJUSTABLE?

- Answer I had mine installed last week on Wednesday and I believe had the same issue. The door would not close far enough to engage the door switch to start (the lights on the unit would flash). I am a technical person in another field so I decided to tackle the problem myself instead of calling Best Buy back out to look at it. I tried to adjust the feet heights with no good results (the door still wouldn’t close properly and stay where it would run I could however hold it closed and make it work). I then removed the screws holding it up to the counter and pulled the top of the dishwasher out of the opening by about 3 inches leaving the bottom where it was After pulling the top out the door would close normally and stay there (the dishwasher would work normally). I then reinstalled the screws and it continued to work normally. I believe that during initial install the dishwasher was put into a bind against the countertop causing it not to close.

- Answer Rigo01, the KDTE334GPS Dishwasher can be installed with an Air Gap, please refer to your local codes to see if one is required. QuestionWe've had this DW for 2 weeks and LOVE IT but can anyone advise how the DELAY WASH feature works? After turning on the delay, after about 8 seconds all the lights go out & the DW never turns on again to use this feature. Please help!

- Answer A lot of times after setting up a delay wash on most dishwashers you have to hit start (then it starts its countdown to the amount of delay you selected).

- Answer I bet the door is opening a bit. This happened to us and it ended up being the adjustable top rack mechanism that was broken. You could try running it without anything on the top rack. If it gets through all the cycles with nothing up top, it might be the adjustable mechanism.
