QuestionI am replacing my old kitchen aid dishwasher that has a cherry panel to match my cabinets. Does this dishwasher look funny if it sticks out past the cabinets? Right now mine is flush and I love this look.

- Answer Just did a remodel also. My old dishwasher was flush including the handle. This unit sticks out slightly and doesn’t make a difference at all!

QuestionAre the tines in the lower rack adjustable? Can I fold them down to make room for large pots? In my Samsung dishwasher the tines fold down and I can get bigger pots and pans in. I have never had a kitchen aid and am wanting to replace my Samsung. Thanks

QuestionI had this installed last week by the geek squad. The top rack rolls back into the dishwasher when I pull it out to load and unload, is this normal? It’s hard to unload when I have to use one hand to keep the rack pulled out!

QuestionIs this kind of drying normal?? Interior walls of the dishwasher are still this wet, including any plastic containers/bottles. This is after a Pro wash, extended ProDry, bottle wash and Sani rinse.

- Answer We're sorry to hear this. Are you using rinse aid and the heated dry option due to it assist with the drying performance? QuestionHi, our dishwasher has had a pretty bad odor - like rotting/old food. I have checked filters and they are clean. It's only a few months old and has had odors pretty much since install. Faulty drain hose routing? Old dishwasher never did this.

QuestionWe are looking at buying one of these because my friend has one and it is so quiet. He does have a concern about his though. After rinse cycle it seems to make a very quiet noise for an hour afterward and we cannot find what this noise is. Normal???
