Q: QuestionI have read that with the adjustable feet all the way in, the height of this washer is 33.5 inches. I have an uneven opening that is 33 7/8 on the left and maybe 33.5 + on the right. Will this DW fit? Is the 33.6 the actual shortest possible position?

• A:Answer Hello! TWe are sorry to hear about your concern with your dishwasher. Please make sure that you are using a Rinse Aid with your unit. Your dishwasher is designed to use a rinse aid for good drying performance. Without rinse aid, your dishes and dishwasher interior will have excessive moisture. The Heat Dry option will not perform as well without rinse aid. For most water conditions, the factory setting will give good results. However, if you are experiencing poor drying performance, you may want to try a higher setting. Turn the arrow adjuster inside the dispenser to change the rinse aid setting. Q: QuestionThe manual says to use the Light Cycle for China but I don't see such a cycle on the panel. Please advise how to wash china in this dishwasher. Thanks.

Q: QuestionRecently purchased dishwasher, after 1 cycle the clean button keeps flashing and keeps beeping. Tried to reset powersource but that did not work. Does anyone know how to reset this dishwasher

Please make sure that when you reset the Dishwasher that you shut it off from the circuit breaker for at least 1 minute. If you need further assistance please call KitchenAid at 800-422-1230. • A:Answer Hello Vicky, With just the Express wash and no additional cycles selected it can take anywhere from 55 Minutes to 1 hour and 5 minutes. Adding a drying option can add additional time. We hope this helps.

• A:Answer Just unscrew counterclockwise and pull out. Spray with a kitchen faucet sprayer or rinse under warm water and gently remove the residue. Sometimes a soft brush can help. Once both sides are clean, just put it back in the hole, making sure it’s all the way in, and tighten.
