Hi - This is normal for a Dishwasher, as this Dishwasher does use Rinse Aid, which will, over time, allow for the dishes to be 'seasoned' and allow for better drying performance. We would advise to continue using the Dishwasher with Rinse Aid, as the tub and dishes will improve the drying. We would also recommend the Heated Dry function on the Dishwasher to also aid in the drying. Thank you for your question!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We run our dishwasher on normal wash and everything gets dried with the possible exception of the bottoms of some upside down glasses and cups. This new model dries much better than our old model KitchenAid that we replaced.
