“I got this dishwasher and have been using for 4 days now. We have tried all the options - Heat Dry, Extended heat dry, ProWash, Normal cycle - all the same - the dishes come out very clean and WET! The walls are wet too. I used Rinseaid too. Suggestions?”

Hi Gogi, you may need to adjust the setting of the Rinse Aid Dispenser. The instructions on how to do that are located on page 7 of the Owner's Manual that came with the Dishwasher.
