“Recently purchased dishwasher, after 1 cycle the clean button keeps flashing and keeps beeping. Tried to reset powersource but that did not work. Does anyone know how to reset this dishwasher”

Hello Quen. We are sorry to hear about the concerns that you are having with your Dishwasher. Please make sure that when you reset the Dishwasher that you shut it off from the circuit breaker for at least 1 minute. If you need further assistance please call KitchenAid at 800-422-1230. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They will be better able to assist you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.IF you check the specifications on the Best Buy web site you will find that, yes, the silverware rack is removable. Most all dishwashers have a removable silverware rack to make it convenient to empty.
