yes if this is the $1200 one . I have this same model , and it does have the 3rd shelf ! i love that shelf great for spatulas and my big knives! anything somewhat flat . There is a less expensive model that looks exactly like it from the outside , its $850, but that one doesn't have the 3rd shelf ( KDTE204GPS) or many other features . the upgrade is WELL WORTH IT !!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, there is a small rack at the top good for silverware or flat items. We have removed it as we preferred the extra room for the 2nd rack, but it is easy to put back in if we have a large party and need the space.
