You need to use the Normal cycle which turns on power dry to get a minimal dry...most dishes should be dry if there is no puddles in some dishes..

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used mine a few times and am having the same issue. My last Kitchen aid dishwasher was a dream, I never had to use the heat to dry dishes... I am not happy having to use the heat dry to try to get rid of some of the wetness after the wash cycle is done. This dishwasher is definitely wet inside all the time.
