“Do you have to use a rinse aid product for the dishwasher to work?”

• I've only had my dishwasher for a couple weeks but the installer said I should use dishwasher pods and a rinse aid so that is what I do. It's a little more expensive but my dishes look clean and clear and I have no problems.
