• The instructions talk about a "Quick Start Guide" but nothing has that name. The manual, though, seems to be the single sheet of long paper that is printed front and back. The back left side case a code: W11373417A. From our internet searches, this seems to be the actual Quick Start Guide for this model. We agree that KitchenAid let us down with documentation, even online.

• If you're looking for the service/ wiring details, it's under the machine behind the front floor plate tucked in a corner. If it was installed for you, it's probably still there.
