I read the reviews about being so quiet you can tell it’s running. Mine appears to be a bit loud. I could hear it running a room away. What could cause this? I’ve had it for 2 1/2 weeks now and have done about 10 loads. null

I find it is louder too.  I think the DB rating is when it is at its quietest which is when it first starts and drying.  It is more like 50 - 60 dbs in the wash cycle.

I'm wondering the same thing. It's definitely louder than my old Kitchen Aid. Do you wash plastics? It seems like the water jets are stronger and light weight items might get knocked around inside.

I just had mine installed and have done two
Lads. It is so quiet I opened the door to see if there was water in it. I keep checking it cuz I don’t hear it at all.

Ours is incredibly quiet. It is hard to say why yours is noisy. What kind of sounds? Is it possible that it could be off balance?
