“I read the reviews about being so quiet you can tell it’s running. Mine appears to be a bit loud. I could hear it running a room away. What could cause this? I’ve had it for 2 1/2 weeks now and have done about 10 loads.”

I find it is louder too. I think the DB rating is when it is at its quietest which is when it first starts and drying. It is more like 50 - 60 dbs in the wash cycle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm wondering the same thing. It's definitely louder than my old Kitchen Aid. Do you wash plastics? It seems like the water jets are stronger and light weight items might get knocked around inside.
