We had a similar loud buzzing experience and it turned out that the dishwasher was not installed correctly the first time; the white insulation pad was missing altogether which is meant to reduce the noise and the dishwasher was not leveled to the ground. BestBuy had the installation re-inspected and sent us a new dishwasher with a different set of contractors for the installation. This resolved our original buzzing issue. In addition, check to make sure no dishes are obstructing the second shelf's washing arm from turning. We found that one of our spatulas on the bottom shelf was blocking the arm from spinning in one of our most recent cleaning cycles. Adjusting the height of the second shelf during this cycle resolved the new buzzing sound.
