• There is a slide door next to the rinse aid that needs to open.Put in the pellet and slide closed. After that the door will be open after you run your loads.

• Open area on the inside of the door. Easily access and that part is snapped shut after dishwasher pellet is placed inside. Manufacturers suggest only using the premeasured type of detergent.
