The utensil holder is great. It is a solidly built basket with a handle. And you can remove the lid that divides your silverware. One thing to note is that the slots for the silverware vary in size, and while they accommodate my silverware fine, be aware that if you have extra large dinner knives, the slots may be a tad narrow for you.
