“What gauge power cord is included? Instructions say to connect using 8 gauge copper wire. My house has 8 gauge coming to the junction box but the power cord attached to oven is only 10 gauge? Is this correct?”

Had to find this answer on an appliance forum. Best Buy installation team said it Must be 8 gauge don't install but when asked where in instructions does it explain how to attach the power cord he said Just use what came with the oven. Oven comes with a short 10 gauge "whip" already attached to the oven. Whip is too short for a below oven junction box. Had to put a box in the cabinet above oven.
