“Why does the Specification says input voltage is 240V why it is not 110V? Do we have to step up the 110V to 240V in our home?”

• Yes, you do have to step up the voltage to 240. If you don’t, there will not be enough power to run multiple burner pads. Unfortunately, I had to hire electrician to run a wire from my fuse box, which is upstairs all the way down to where the cooktop is going to be installed. Good luck.
