Question1. I find it difficult to believe that this weighs 144 lbs. Do you have the weight in kilos??? 2. Is this a new model or an old one? Can you still find spare parts? I have the exact same oven and cannot find the mother board anywhere.

- Answer Hi Cakelady, I'm not sure how much the oven weighs exactly...I know that my wife and I slid the box across some hardwood flooring very easily. Two people are needed to install it because of not wanting to scratch the surrounding cabinetry. If I had to guess how much the entire box weighs, I'd say 75 pounds.

- Answer The same thing happened to me but they said that you have to complete the transaction for the credit to apply. I suppose that if it does not for you, customer service could credit your account.

- Answer We installed this wall oven in our wall. It does not have finished sides or top. I do not see how a cooktop could be placed on top of this oven. Nonetheless we love this oven and bought two of them!

- Answer I believe it draws 17.2 Amps on a 220 Volts circuit. What we have a single oven Convection. As I understand it needs to be on a 20 Amp circuit breaker circuit. I am not an Electrician. Hope this helps.
