- Answer Yes, if your gas line or electric outlet/connection are positioned correctly. There's a small opening on the back, in the center, near the bottom of the range for the gas line or electrical wiring. If your gas line or electric outlet/connection don't line up with this opening, you may need to allow for some space behind the unit.

- Answer No the light is not blue. Normal white light. It comes on when oven door is opened or can be turned on by switch on control panel.

- Answer We had a downdraft cooktop with a backsplash that lifted to an eating counter. My daughter has done the something with her Jennair slide in. Both work beautifully if the stove does not go all the way back to the back splash but has the normal border designed for these types of stoves.

- Answer Yes, but installation is not hard. Plug cord into wall plug, hook up gas line to shut off valve and stove. Level four feet on stove.
