QuestionI need to know how tall the flat part of the front and sides of the hood. The specs. tell me the overall lower portion of the hood is 5” which includes the slopes part of the hod. There is nothing that gives the height of the face were the control pad is.

Questiondoes this fan work with a rear vent exhaust duct? It says it does work for rear ducts but someone said in the reviews that it doesn't work for that only top venting. that is a critical point for this to work.

- Answer the manual says it can work with ceilings up to 9ft 2inches in vented mode and 9ft 6inches in recirculation mode. anything more requires the extension piece.
