“Is the top (convection/micro) oven a true convection oven? If so, can you use the top oven and the lower oven simultaneously in the convection cooking mode? Or can you only use one at a time in the convection mode?”

Hello KitchenQ, the bottom oven is Even-Heat™ True Convection Oven (lower oven). The top is a microwave. It can be used at the same time it does have Convection Cooking (upper oven). We hope this helps.
