“I have already purchased this hood. I need an extension for an 11 foot ceiling. Will the part # referenced above for the 10’ ceiling accommodate ? Most importantly, WHERE can this part be obtained? No parts companies that I called could help.”

There is NO extension available for this hood. I just spent 45 minutes speaking with someone at Kitchen Aid and they could only say to return the hood, which unfortunately has already been installed. How unfortunate that there are no service people available who actually know what is going on. Gee, maybe I should lower my ceilings.
