“What is the temperature swing around the selected temperature - +/-20 or higher? My pro range has a temp swing of +/- 50 - you can't bake like that. Is the simmer a full burner or a little center ring of a double burner?”

Hi txmom, The temperature swing can be any where from 20 to 50 degrees in the oven but will maintain the set temperature. We hope this helps.
