I don’t do a lot of high temperature cooking in the oven. One issue I am having is I’m not so sure that the convection oven is working as it should. I’m going to give it a try again this week, I don’t use it often on the convection setting, I am hoping it was just the recipe I was trying to use. The problem with the convection is I don’t feel like cooking any faster, and I thought that was the purpose of it… Even, faster cooking
