QuestionWe have one of these and the exterior gets so hot during use of the oven that my little ones and I have all burned ourselves. Kitchenaid is willing to buy it back at a prorated amount, but I’m wondering whether it is worth it to buy another?

QuestionIs counter top required on the back of stove? We are having the wall tiled down the back of stove. Installation instructions state a 2 1/4" maximum counter top - but no minimum. We will have quartz counter top on both sides spaced 30" apart.

- Answer For model KSGG700ESS to steam bake: 1. Insert the steam rack with water reservoir in the oven. 2. Pour 1 1/2 cups (350 mL) of warm water into the water reservoir. NOTE: Do not fill past the MAX mark. 3. Press STEAM BAKE. 4. Press the number keypad to select the desired food option. 5. Press the number keypads to set the temperature. 6. Press START. 7. Insert food when preheating finishes. 8. (Optional) Press COOK TIME. Press the number keypads to set the cook time. 9. Press START. 10. Press CANCEL UPPER when finished.
