QuestionOne hour after being turned off this oven still does a humming sound and its internal temperature looks like to be stuck at 140 F. Is this annoying thing the expected behavior? Oven is in a room with temperature less than 60 F. Thanks!

QuestionOn the glass control panel - is there a protective coating sticker that should be removed? Ours is peeling in top right corner. Would like to remove it, but not if its supposed to be there. Or if removing will make worse. Plastic is black. Thanks!
