• Mine did not. From the picture, I was trying to figure out if they meant the black Styrofoam it was packed in. Mine packing materials broke as I tried to pull out the chopper and immediately crumbled into annoying foam "pebbles" though.

• No it does not. That would have been nice, especially for the cord, but no case is included with the device. (Note that I was able to get the cord in the processor bowl for ease of storage).
