The single broiler does not have high-end heat distribution like I expected for the high price of the Kitchen Aid stove,. Heat distribution design similar to lower priced stoves. It has hot spots. I have tried to broil/brown 3x since getting the stove a month ago and every time I had uneven results with burnt areas. If you broil often, this may not be the stove for you.
