“How does it bake normally in a non-convection manner, without a bottom heating element? What is top heat temperature for normal baking?”

• Hi there, there is "hidden" element on the bottom! That is what I love about it: much easier to clean! Max temp on regular baking: I put 500 and hit start: it took it! Not sure if it adjusts later, but was able to add it. :)

• Hi Bake, This unit has a baking element that is hidden in the bottom of the unit. This allows the oven to bake at normal temperatures. We hope this helps.
