Hi Concerned. It may take 20-25 minutes to reach 400°F.

I recently bought a new Whirlpool double oven and sent it back when the top oven took 11 minutes. My old Maytag Gemini top oven took only 2 minutes to heat to 350 and I am sure no longer than 3 for 400.
