QuestionI would like to have 2" countertops, but that would make the overall height 36.5" for our kitchen counters which is taller than this electric range. Are the legs adjustable by 1/2" so that we can use an extra thick counter?

- Answer Yes, the legs are adjustable beyond 1/2". In fact, my cooktop is 37-1/8" off the floor.

- Answer If your keypad is displaying an error code 'Er' followed by numbers, turn off the power at the circuit breaker. Turn the power back on, and if the code is still there, you should call for service.

- Answer Measurements on line are accurate. Any pot or pan that is magnetic will work. This is a great stove!!

QuestionI am replacing a Jennair downdraft range. I was told by Kitchen Aid customer service that this range could be installed with downdraft venting. Is anyone familiar with that? If so, would I need to purchase additional parts?
