QuestionPlease advise if youhave a dual voltage mixer- Im currently in the US but will travel back in few months to country which have 220volt. please advise if only simple adapter is needed or convertor. some product can be 110-220 . thanks

- Answer Hi MK, The 120 volt (U.S.) appliances are not compatible with 220/240 volt requirements of other countries (as well as vice versa). Additionally, KitchenAid does not recommend the use of a transformer for any KitchenAid countertop appliance. Doing so could cause damage to your appliance or the home electrical system.

- Answer Hi Sadie, KitchenAid does offer a 4.5 quart bowl with a handle for purchase, part number K45SBWH. The 4.5 quart Ultra power stand mixer does come with the handle on the mixing bowl.
