Q: Question2 questions: Do I need the app to do simple things like check the timer, see the temperature etc? And second, does that app have to be either an Alexa or Google app? I hate both. Though I probably hate Alexa more.

Q: QuestionDoes the stainless steel finish match the stainless steel print shield finish? I am purchasing multiple appliances and want to them to look good together. Most KitchenAid refrigerators and dishwashers have the print shield but this range does not.

Q: QuestionCan this range be used WITHOUT NEEDING to use the WiFi/“smart” capabilities? I believe I read that the temperature probe can only be used with WiFi (but I can live without that). Are there any other functions that REQUIRE the use of WiFi?

• A:Answer YES!! our new oven had an "explosion" the week before christmas while cooking beef tenderloin. The oven made a "pop" sound and the borrow of the oven, the porcelain cracked, one of the 2 oven lites popped off and the back ss vented is discolored from the heat!

• A:Answer We just purchased and installed this range. Your range hood will need to be 36” and it will have to be rated at a minimum of 585 CFM of airflow due to the high BTUs. The most common CFM rating is 400, so you will need to be sure that you find a more commercial-grade one rated at 600 CFM.
