Yes! It comes with a plastic guard attachment just for non- stick pans.

With the guard I think you would be fine, but never metal to non-stick coating. But I’m not expert, just customer opinion

Yes I use it with the supplied guard in my TFal Dutch oven. To keep the blade sharp, I always use it with the guard. It just snaps on.

No, it will damage the finish if you don't use the scratch guard. If you do use the scratch guard, be careful that it doesn't come off in whatever you are blending. Then you'll be left with a scratched finish after a fun hunt and seek game through your food.
