“Are the internal gears made of plastic, or are they metal? We have had a bad experience with an expensive model from a different company”

• Yes some of the parts inside are made of plastic. I had a friend who is great with mechanics and can fix ANYTHING. He said the parts inside were faulty and it's just better to buy another one. So I did just that and threw this P.O.S. in the trash
