Q: QuestionI make caramels and this would be perfect but only one problem, can it heat up to 250 degrees. Do you make a model like that?

- A:Answer Hi Rustyone13, The precise heating bowl will heat from 70° to 220° F (21° to 104° C) in two degree increments. Unfortunately at this time KitchenAid does not offer a precise heat mixing bowl that will heat to 250 degrees.
