- Answer Qwhocooks, The KV25G model does not come with a pouring shield. The beater shaft does not feature a spring and it does feature a soft start.

- Answer All KA mixers sold in the USA are designed to work on USA electrical standards, which is 120 volts/60 Hz. It's possible that New Zealand uses a different electrical standard, and a KA mixer sold in the USA won't work there. You may need to buy a KA mixer intended to be sold for your country's electrical standards.

- Answer It's a 5 quart bowl. The most I have tried in my Artisan 5 quart, is 2 batches of cookie dough or 2 cakes. I am sure it could handle 3.
