Call Klipsch, they are easy to reach or write them. But when I call they answer on the first ring. I have 2 of these on a 7.2 and down around 29hz this thing is incredible. A lot of it depends on your room as well. So many people forget that, but your room size matters. You may not even need a 12 and if you get one, you will lose sound quality, its best to design your system around your room size. I recently started that new Dolby set up, I forget the name where you fire speakers sort of straight up, some out, it actually looks like it wouldn't work, until I sat down in front of one and gave it a listen and it sold me. I think this is a Atmos set up, but there are many configurations http://www.audioholics.com/diy-audio/how-to-install-an-immersive-audio-setup/DolbyAtmos714setup.png/image_view_fullscreen
