“I just bought these products from your store. Klipsch R-41pm speakers and Vizio TV. The Klipsch remote controls the TV. The volume control sends it straight to Netflix. Can you help? I am using the Optical connection for sound.”

Not an answer but another question! Klipsch told me to buy a universal remote, I did this and volume down worked but volume up still sends me to Netflix?! Klipsch says IR code is theirs but Vizio and others are using same and are not supposed to! No idea what to do now?!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately Vizios are known to have problems with certain devices and their optical. Maybe they were hoping people would pair a Vizio tv with a Vizio sound device? Just make sure the CEC ia turned off on your tv.
